September has been a month of learning, practicing, refining, and bringing all the pieces of this next chapter of Healthy Manifestations together.

Since completing my four-day NeoLifting® Holistic Facial Sculpting training, I’ve been spending time integrating the techniques, practicing with models, and thoughtfully developing the complete treatment experience — from the consultation and transitions to the pacing, hands-on work, and quiet space created during each session.

I’ve also now completed my second advanced training in Portland:

Buccal & Brow-Lift: Advanced Facial Rejuvenation Techniques

I’m already actively using and practicing these new skills in my sessions, including more detailed work with the jaw, cheeks, brow, facial fascia, tension patterns, and intraoral/buccal techniques.

There is so much more to creating a beautiful treatment than simply learning new techniques. I’ve also been refining the client experience, treatment protocols, consultation process, and overall rhythm of the appointment so that everything feels intentional, seamless, restorative, and uniquely Healthy Manifestations.

I’ll be returning to Portland for additional continuing education this fall, including:

Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD) — September
Headaches: Releasing the Vice — October
Facial Cupping & Gua Sha: Where Spa Meets Function — October

Each class continues to expand the ways I can work with the face, jaw, scalp, neck, fascia, lymphatic system, tension patterns, and nervous system.

Beginning October 1, new treatment options will become available to book, including my new Holistic Facial Sculpting, TMJD and Headache/migraine massage  services.

My current massage offerings will also transition to a new all-inclusive pricing structure as part of the updated menu. I’ll be sharing all of the details very soon.
