Sacred Sundays: Breathwork in the Garden

Start your Sundays with purpose, presence, and peace.
Join us for Breathwork in the Garden—a heart-centered, in-person summer series held in a lush private backyard sanctuary in Springfield, Oregon.

Come to one or come to all—each session is a powerful opportunity to reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural world around you.

Group size is intentionally small—only 8 spots per session to keep things intimate and supportive.

What to Bring:
• A bottle of water
• Light layers (mornings start cool and warm up quickly)

We Provide:
• Yoga chairs
• Soft pillows
• A peaceful garden space with blooms, birdsong, and the grounding beauty of nature

Each session includes:
• Gentle movement to open the body
• Guided breathwork using Elemental Rhythm Method
• Meditation and nervous system integration
• Time for rest, reflection, and optional sharing

All levels welcome. No experience needed - just bring your breath and an open heart.

Learn the foundations of Reiki in a heart-centered, hands-on training designed for beginners.

You’ll Learn:
• The history and origins of Reiki
• Reiki principles and foundational techniques
• How to channel healing energy
• How to use Reiki for self-healing and daily life support
• What an attunement is—and experience your first Reiki attunement

Includes:
• Printed Reiki I manual & certification
• A follow-up practice sessions to support your learning and integration

No experience needed—just an open heart and a willingness to explore.

Deepen Your Practice, Expand Your Energy

Build on the foundations of Reiki I in this next-level training designed to expand your confidence, sensitivity, and energy work toolkit.

You’ll Learn:
• Introduction to work with the four Reiki II symbols (and when to use them)
• How to share Reiki with others, whether in-person or through distance healing
• Tools for strengthening intuition and energy perception
• Advanced energetic hygiene and space clearing practices

Includes:
• Printed Reiki II manual & certification
• Your second Reiki attunement
• A follow-up practice session to support your growth
• Space for hands-on partner work, feedback, and deeper connection

Prerequisite: Reiki I certification (from any lineage).
If you’re feeling called to go deeper into your Reiki journey, this class is the next step.

Embody the Energy Within

Reiki Master training is for practitioners who are ready to commit more fully to their own healing path and deepen their relationship with Reiki.

You’ll Learn:
• The Reiki Master symbol and how to work with it
• Advanced energy healing techniques for deeper personal and client work
• Energetic clearing and protection practices
• How to strengthen your intuitive connection to Reiki
• How to work with Reiki in a more refined, expansive, and embodied way

Includes:
• Printed Reiki Master manual & certification
• Master-level attunement
• Hands-on practice and partner work
• A follow-up integration session to support your continued growth

Prerequisite: Reiki Level I & II certification (any lineage).
This class is ideal for those who feel called to go deeper— but to live and embody the energy of Reiki more fully.
